Together in a bowl mix all of the ingredients together and form into 4 burgers. Bake on 350°F for about 20-25 minutes or cook them on your grill at your next barbeque and enjoy!
Turkey and chicken burgers are great to have on hand to help with weekly meal preparation, as they are an easy protein to add to your lunch or dinner for the week. My favorite ways to serve these burgers are on whole-wheat buns with melted swiss cheese and ¼ avocado or added to a salad with ½ of a baked sweet potato, avocado and broccoli. The protein in these burgers also makes for great post workout exercise recovery!
