I am a big advocate of meal planning and packing lunch for work or school. Hilary’s veggie burgers have made meal planning so easy! These organic vegetable burgers take ~10 minutes to make and can be made in the oven or toaster oven. They are free from the top 8 allergens (wheat, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, fish, shellfish and soy) and free from corn, making them a great option for all of my clients with food allergies! The ingredients found in these veggie burgers are all real food ingredients. I usually love trying to recreate recipes to make them healthier and with these I do not have to. They have all of the ingredients I love, making my meal prep Sundays much easier! These burgers come in awesome flavors and the nutrition facts panel looks awesome too!
Some of my favorite ways to enjoy Hilary’s Veggie Burgers:
- In a salad with roasted vegetables and hummus
- On whole wheat toast with lettuce, avocado, and hummus (shown below)
- On top of a baked sweet potato with cauliflower drizzled with tahini
