Pre and Post Natal Nutrition
Eating well during and after pregnancy is important for both mom and baby. However, food aversions, nausea and general food restrictions can make eating well during pregnancy a challenge. Once your new baby is here, the lack of time to yourself can also make choosing nutritious foods difficult. I will help you conquer these challenges so that you can feel your best. When the time comes to introduce your infant to solids I offer guidance on what foods to choose first, how to make sure your baby is getting the nutrition they need and how to go about introducing food allergies to your new eater. I also counsel parents of toddlers and pre schoolers to help them conquer the stresses of picky eating.
